The first full collection from Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen was always going to be hotly anticipated due to the circumstances surrounding the brand.
The collection failed to disappoint with a stunning array of looks from the moment the first model stepped onto the catwalk. Detailing was incredibly intricate and delicate. Couture standard is the only term I can think of to describe the collection. The last few dresses were especially stunning and very much in line with Lee's design direction.
